Barb is an herbalist and registered nutritional consultant and produces a large variety of medicinal herbs, culinary herbs, edible and cut flowers along with salves and herbal tisanes. 2010 is Barb's first year at Glen Valley but she has been farming at TwoBie Creek for many years.
